task is the association of Catholic Student councils for a thirty-four-year-old organization that has been around teaching leadership Khan went to middle school students we invite local elementary schools to join each other which is first off a great step to be able to network some kids together outside of regular classroom environments working for task is impacting me because I actually went through the program as a delegate in 2008 and I've been a volunteer ever since 2011 and its Health give me the skills I needed to not only in school but in my professional life build confidence in myself and know that I'm doing something better for everyone I think my favorite part of the day was the games out there because they really well I was having fun I was learning to you Morgan I did not know that so you don't like friends and she's a hula hoop one we were having a real struggle with it but I think it's cuz we lacked team work so we learned that through all the other games and we want those well favorite part was probably when we did this game where we had to act out like different Disney characters and I think she was really nice because it really showed about teamwork and stuff because it taught us we don't have like a short man radium X you just like get an idea of what we need to do and stuff it means how about others and two be with them like usually to help them and to always side them and ways you can do this like I have to be leader for my casting to show much right I would not to do pretty much and this be a good example Chamisa teach them like what to do and how to take control of a group and really take initiative in like not just be a follower in a really step out and take control of the you have to be like prepared for what's coming and snow to know and expect what to do when it happens being a leader someone that you can look up to or like a role model and someone that teaches you the way I think it is just being able to lead someone in the end of the nice manner not in like a bossy and being here actually help me to be like a nicer and not too nice of a person but enough for them to know next okay you have to listen and anything so it's not like  beating someone it's about making them feel confident Chevrolet Spark  the development that a child can get and how quickly they can blossom into whatever field that they have a passion for when they're given a few tools and those tools coming from leadership flute self-esteem and the understanding that there are ways to be able to get things done with other people they don't usually command some of old fashioned ways of fear and intimidation but through leadership and through our faith we can make guiding decisions that will help others and I think that the the impact that these programs have on this age group would probably be I think my biggest reward
